EMUI 10 to be announced at Developers Conference

Huawei is soon having its annual Developers Conference, which will take place this weekend in China. The company should announce new hardware and software, including its HongMeng OS. The new OS will probably run on IOT devices, and not on smartphones, as previously announced. We also expect the company to unveil EMUI 10 – the new version of the user interface which will come with Huawei Mate 30 and Huawei Mate 30 Pro.

A new version of the EMUI usually comes on top of the latest Android OS. At the moment, however, we don’t know Android Q’s official name or its arrival date. We, therefore, can only guess what the new EMUI 10 will bring to its users. The company didn’t reveal much information.

Honor has renamed the Emotion interface to Magic for its devices. We might, then, also see the Magic 3 together with the EMUI 10. This is all still pure guessing, and we won’t know for sure at least until Friday.
