Galaxy Fold almost ready for official release
Samsung has almost finished redesigning the Galaxy Fold. This means that we should soon see the foldable phone in stores. However, Samsung still has to decide on the exact relaunch date.
Only a few days ago, the company stated that they postponed the launch indefinitely, so the phone will either launch together with the Galaxy Note10 (in early August) or after it.
“Most of the display problems have been ironed out, and the Galaxy Fold is ready to hit the market,” said Samsung Display Vice President Kim Seong-cheol. “The Galaxy Fold, when released, will receive a lot of attention in the market.”

Although we know that the phone won’t come out in July, we do not know when it will come. We’re still waiting for the Korean company to reveal when it will release the smartphone. Samsung’s first plan was to launch the Galaxy Fold together with the S10 series. This was obviously too optimistic since the phone obviously wasn’t ready for the launch.
Samsung will, most probably, release the foldable phone together with the Note10 series then. This will only happen, though, if the company manages to completely fix all issues with the display.
