Huawei P30 to bring 40MP camera with x5 optical zoom
Huawei is one of the manufacturers that has embraced the implementation of a triple camera setup in their phones.
The Huawei P30 promises to be another imaging powerhouse, according to someone who's seen one: triple rear camera, with a maximum resolution of 40MP and 5x lossless zoom, plus a 24MP selfie cam. And this isn't even the Pro variant.

If this new information posted by Evan Blass is true, the P30 will be a huge improvement compared to this year's P20 in terms of camera performance. Huawei P20 uses a double setup, 12MP + 20MP with a 2x optical zoom and optical image stabilization, while the new P30 will use a triple camera setup the main sensor of which will have 40MP resolution and 5x optical zoom. This camera setup resembles the one in the Mate 20 Pro that is also using 3 sensors and a 24 megapixel front facing camera.
Rumors say that this phone will be equipped with HiSilicon Kirin 980 chipset, paired with Android 9.0 Pie OS. We can expect 6GB of RAM as well as 128GB of internal storage memory expandable by up to 256GB via a microSD card. Some other features of the Huawei P30 include a massive 4000 mAh battery which is also a great addition Other than this we can expect improved speakers, USB Type-C port, water and dust resistance etc.
Huawei P30 will most likely be unveiled at MWC 2019 which will be held between February 25 and 28.
