Qualcomm shows Snapdragon 636

On 4G/5G Summit in Hong Kong, Qualcomm presented their new chipset, which is built on 14-nm FinFET process. It is graced by Quick Charge 4, and support for FHD+ display, as for 4K reproduction. Processor is Kyro 260 that contains eight cores of 1.8 GHz frequency. This chipset embodiment will have 40% better performances compared to older chipsets. It used Adreno 509 graphical processor and he has 10% more power. Support for Bluetooth 5.0 and NFC are here as well. RAM memory is Dual–Channel LPDDR4 type with speed of 1333 MHz and it contains 8 GB. Chipset support one 24–megapixel camera of two with 16–megapixels. X12 LTE modem can send data up to 600Mbps or to upload them with speed up to 150Mbps.
