Qualcomm will possibly reject Broadcom’s offer
Broadcom offered 130$ billions to acquire Qualcomm, but it seems like the company will decline this offer. In the mean time, Qualcomm is trying to acquire NXP Semiconductor, company that is manufacting, you guessed it, semiconductors. Broadcom stated that they want to buy Qualcomm with or without NXP. Either way, Qualcomm's broad directors thinks that Broadcom is lowballing them with this offer.
Next to this story, it is well known that Apple and Qualcomm are not in very good relations, and iPhone manufacturer stopped buying modems from Qualcomm and made a deal with Broadcom. Apple also started a lawsuit agains this company because they ''paid high price'' for the modems while they were buying them from Qualcomm.
