Samsung’s DeX HDMI adapter now in stores
Alongside the new S Pen with the Note9, Samsung introduced a new way of using the DeX function which is now available without the DeX station, rather only through a USB Type-C to HDMI adapter. Samsung releases these adpters today on Amazing at the price point of $49.95, and they offer a 19% launch discount reducing the price to $31.01.
DeX could be interesting to the tech savvy, because all contents from the phone can be transferred to a TV or a monitor in UHD resolution at 60Hz. The adapter supports HDMI 2.0 and DisplayPort 1.2 standards. Watching movies and playing games on larger screens can be quite a pleasure for users whose phones are equipped with this function.
