Some Note 8 models will not power on after batery reaches 0%

Some users of the Galaxy Note 8 have reported a problem where their devices will not power on again after a total discharge of the battery. Users were trying to charge phones with different cables and chargers, but it seems like nothing is fixing this problem for now. Samsung is on the go with this problem and replaces devices of users affected by this problem, as it seems like it is not easily solvable. It's not yet clear how much the phones is hit by this error.

When the battery level drops to 0% and powers off, the phone simply loses any contact with the power, after turning on the charger, the phone does not turn on and does not show the charging status.

In the Samsung forum, the administrators responded to this problem and advised that the device should be replaced as soon as possible in the nearest authorized store, and their answer was: "This particular problem with the Note 8 not turning on is definitely something that we want to get addressed immediately"

So far, users from different networks and territories have reported this problem, indicating that this is not just one particular series.

We recall that Samsung last year had to pull out the entire series of Note 7 models because the batteries on these phones exploded. Hopefully this is not another global problem with the battery, and even if it is, we hope that similar outcomes will not happen again like on the previous version of the Note series.
