Android OS distribution for the month of December

Android distribution for the month of December is here, and what we notice immediately is a slight increase in the use of the Oreo version that has reached a percentage of 0.5%, while last month it was 0.3%. Many brands have announced updates to this platform at the end, and at the beginning of the year, which means we could see an even bigger increase in the next month.

Nougat also has a positive trend, use of this system version has risen to 23.3%, compared to November, where it was 20.6%. All other versions have a negative trend, so Marshmallow dropped from 30.9% to 29.7%, Lollipop from 27.2% to 26.3%, KitKat from 13.8% to 13.4%. Other system versions such as Jelly Bean, Ice Cream Sandwich and Gingerbread make 6.8% of this chart, while last month they filled 7.2%. Versions with a distribution of less than 0.1% are not shown in this chart.
