BlackBerry KEY2’s invitation for exhibit in China on June 8th

The unveiling of the BlackBerry KEY2 was revealed through an invitation sent out in China by the verified Weibo account of BlackBerry. The highly anticipated BlackBerry KEY2 will be shown to the public at an event in New York City on June 7th, It is the successor of the BlackBerry KEYone which was released in April 2017. The phone will appear again for the Chinese market the following morning in China although the events won’t seem to be held simultaneously.

The features of BlackBerry KEYone was its QWERTY keyboard but the one that stands above its features is its excellent battery life. The BlackBerry KEY2 includes a strange key that has 9 dots and the whole keyboard seems to have a matte finish and a slightly bigger keys, do note that its battery life might not be as superior as its predecessor. It's because BlackBerry KEY2 is using the more powerful Snapdragon 660 Mobile Platform and a smaller capacity of 3360mAh battery.

Some specs to know about the KEY2 is that it will be the first Berry to have a dual camera setup and is said to include 6GB of ram and 64 GB of internal storage inside. The display of the KEY2 is presumed to be equipped with the old 4.5-inch LCD display used in KEYone so the screen should carry a resolution of 1080 x 1620 and an aspect ratio of 3:2.
