Galaxy A30s to be introduced into A lineup
This year, Samsung has scrapped its J and C lineups. This left the manufacturer with only A and M families in the middle segment of the market. However, Samsung keeps adding new phones to the A series making the family quite confusing as a whole. It is then not a wonder that we’ll see another addition to the family. In March, Samsung launched the A30, and now we’ll see the improved Galaxy A30s.
The Galaxy A30s will come with a major improvement over the A30 regarding the camera. While the A30 had a dual camera setup, the A30s will come with an additional camera sensor. We don’t know yet what the third sensor will be – we hope for a telephoto camera, but probably we’ll just get a depth sensor. On the front, there will be an Infinity-V display.

The A30s will come with the model number SM-A307FN. It will have 3GB of RAM and Android 9 Pie with One UI out of the box. This will be a very similar phone compared to the A30, with only some slightly better specs.
Production of the A30s has already started in India, according to “a company insider”. The phone could, thus, be launched in the subcontinent very soon, maybe even August 11.
