Galaxy A50 showed up on Geekbench with 6GB of RAM

Another mid-ranger by the South Korean giant, a phone that's been rumored for quite some time, showed up once again of the Geekbench, but with a different model number and somewhat more RAM.

Unlike the previous SM-A505FN version, the SM-A505GN version of the Galaxy A50 has even more impressive 6GB of RAM. This makes it clear that the new mid-ranger will be available with 4 and 6GB of RAM. When it comes to internal storage memory, it is expected that the phone will come with either 64 or 128GB.

On the Geekbench, the SM-A505GN version scored 1693 points in single core and 5031 points in multi core performance. When it comes to single core performance, the result is almost identical to what the 4GB version scored, while multi core performace increased significantly.

Based on this Geekbench listing we see that the new phone will be powered by Exynos 9610 chipset. This is a 10nm chipset that uses four Cortex-A73 cores clocked at 2.3 GHz as well as additional four Cortex-A53 cores clocked at 1.7 GHz that are there for less demanding tasks. When it comes to graphics performance, we have a mid-range GPU – Mali-G72 MP3.

Another thing that we know about this phone is that it will have a double camera setup on the back with a 24 megapixel primary sensor. The device will run on the latest Android 9.0 Pie OS, and it will be fed with power by a 4000 mAh battery/
