Renders of the upcoming Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.0 (2018) reveals new design

Samsung have several upcoming devices stored up in their sleeves, such devices like the Galaxy Tab S4, the Galaxy Tab A2, and Galaxy Tab Advance2, and finally, the Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2018). All four tablets are expected to be unveiled soon.

The Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2018) is a budget tablet and according to a report by NieuweMobiel, it will be similar to its 2017 predecessor but with a few noticeable changes such as the physical home button being removed for an on-screen one instead, the tablet size being much smaller while the bezels are thinner. Unfortunately, there aren't much information about its internal specs.

Looking at the “official” render, it seems that it will have a curved glass front build for the front and an aluminum backplate build for the back with a single camera that doesn’t seem to have a LED flash, probably for cutting the cost.

There are still no information regarding when the event for the tablets will be unveiled but the render shows a date of August 9 on the home screen which coincidentally is also the scheduled date of when the Galaxy Note 9 and Galaxy Watch will be unveiled so it’s a good bet that the tablet will also show up at the event.
