Samsung Galaxy Buds come together with the Galaxy S10
Last wheen the company has announced that they will iclude a pair of Galaxy Buds with each preordered Galaxy S10.
The Galaxy Buds will have a 58mAh battery while the case will include a 252 mAh battery. This means that both te base and the buds have smaller batteires compared to last year's IconX headphones. New Galaxy Buds will use the latest Qualcomm chipset in order to optimize battery consumption and support aptX technology.

One new, very interesting thing, is that the new Samsung headphones will be waterproof. The IPX2 certificate provides very small level of protection though so the buds will be resistant only to sweats, not more than that.

The case of these new earbuds offers wireless charging support, and it can be powere wirelessly through the S10 as well. The new Galaxy Buds will have 8GB of internal memory for music, which is considered to be enough room for around 2000 songs. They will also come with Bluetooth 5.0 LE technology.

Another thing that's different is the lack of silicon hooks that go behind the ear, and which were included in the IconX. We still don't know whether they have been completely removed from the Galaxy Buds or if they are simply not showcased on the images. We will have a chance to see the Samsung Galaxy Buds on February 20 alongside the Galaxy S10 lineup and the Galaxy Fold smartphone. It's worth to mention that these buds come in black and white color.
