Selfie camera in S10 to have same camera animation as A8s

We already know that Samsung will use their new Infinity-O display technology in their Galaxy S10 series, that is a cutout in the display inside which a camera sensor is placed. However, the company has shown great interest in the Infinity-O desing which brought this technology already to the Galaxy A8s phone.

Aside from the new display technology that we'll see implemented into the new S10 lineup, Samsung could also include an option to launch the selfie camera (when the phone is locked) with a simple swipe over the sensor and toward the middle of the device. This features made its debut in the Galaxy A8s, of course usinng the Infinity-O sensor. You can see it in action in the video below.

The only difference is that the cameras in the Galaxy S10 and the Galaxy S10+ will be placed in the upper right corner compared to the upper left corner in the A8s.

We also expect Samsung to place other interesting features, including the option to launch the camera while using any other application or video screen capturing by double tapping of the display. The new Galaxy S10 and S10+ will be announced on February 21 this year.
