Xiaomi Mi8 should go official soon

The new Xiaomi smartphone will be announced on May 31st. This information is confirmed by the company on Weibo and the new smartphone will be known as Mi 8. The company is celebrating their 8th anniversary so the last digit is matching the current year, making it more efficient.
From previous leak we know that the Mi 8 is going to have a 6.01 screen with wide notch that will have in-house 3D sensors for face unlocking and a Snapdragon 845 chipset. According to the rumors, the price should be €420 for a 8/128 GB model.
Besides the information about its announcement the company has also made a small giveaway challenge for Chinese public.
