Honor 20 and Honor 20 Pro unveiled, here’s what’s new
Despite the scandals that arose in the past days, Huawei’s stormy problems with the US government, Google and other US companies, the sub-brand of this Chinese tech giant, Honor, yesterday presented two new Honor 20 and Honor 20 Pro phones in London.

We start from the peak of the Honor 20 line, which is powered by HiSilicon Kirin 980, currently one of the four 7-nm mobile chipsets on the market. The chipset is paired with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal memory, along with its own cooling technology which prevents device from overheating when playing games or other, more demanding use.
The front of this device uses a 6.26-inch FullHD + screen, with a 19.5:9 ratio and 91.7 percent of the screen compared to the device body. Instead of the fingerprint sensor on the screen, the Honor 20 Pro has a side one.
The highlight of this device is certainly its four-way rear camera, which is mounted vertically in two modules. The primary or main sensor is the 48-megapixel Sony IMX586 camera, which is paired with the F / 1.4 aperture and optical image stabilization. There is also an ultra-wide 16MP camera with a F / 2.2 blend, an 8MP telephoto camera with a F / 2.4 aperture aperture and a 3x optical zoom. The fourth camera sensor of 2MP is used to add macro details to photographs, which the naked eye could never record, with the F / 2.4 blend.
In addition, the device also has an individual laser autofocus unit, along with a LED flashlight. The front of the phone uses a 32-megapixel camera.
The Honor 20 Pro is powered by a 4000mAh battery, which combined with a 22.5W high speed charging, makes smartphone charge from 0 to 50% in just 30 minutes. Phantom Blue and Black colors are available, and the price of this premium model is 599 euros.

The basic model of the new Honor 20 series shares most of the same things with the Pro variant. It uses the same chipset, which is paired with slightly less RAM, 6GB of RAM and only 128GB of internal memory.
Also, this device has a four-way setting of the last camera, but with this model there is an 8-megapixel sensor with Pro version, replaced by a 2-magnetic sensor for measuring the depth of the field.
It also has the same 6.26-inch FullHD + screen as the front 32-megapixel camera. The capacity of the battery powered by this device is slightly lower than the Pro variant, 3750 mAh, but with the same 22.5 W super fast charge.
In addition to the colors of the Midnight Black, Sapphire Blue, this basic version will also be available in Icelandic white color at a price of 499 euros .
