HMD begins closed beta for Nokia X7 Android 9.0 update
HMD announced on their Weibo page that they need volunteer beta testers for Android 9.0 Pie on their Nokia X7 (Chinese version of Nokia 7.1 Plus). This phone was unveiled last month, and it's running on Android 8.1 Oreo OS.
Even though HMD specified that all user data might be lost due to still unstable beta builds, they don't lack volunteers. This is a closed beta, and it requires users to sign a confidentiality agreement. It will be followed by a public beta soon.
