Huawei to push Android Q to 14 devices
Even though we still don’t know how the whole Google – Huawei situation will unfold, Huawei has confirmed that the company will release EMUI 10 builds based on Android Q. The update will come to eleven of their phones. The list includes the P30 line, as well as the Mate 20 and P Smart lineups. Here are all on them:
- P30
- P30 Pro
- P30 Lite
- Mate 20
- Mate 20 Pro
- Mate 20X 5G
- P20
- P20 Pro
- P Smart 2019
- P Smart+ 2019
- P Smart Z
Not only these – rumors say that the Honor 20 series will get the same update – the normal, lite and Pro.

A pre-release build of the EMUI 10 was showcased last week by XDA. In it, we could see a completely new UI and icons of the new firmware. Also, the camera app is different, with new scene support and an overhauled layout. Some minor changes include things like a redesigned EMUI logo and system menus which seem to be more toned down.
We should be hearing more about EMUI 10 as stable beta builds start popping up in the coming months.
