LG introduces X2 (2019) / K30 (2019) to entry level market

LG released its latest entry-level device in South Korea. On the domestic market, the phone will come under the moniker LG X2 (2019). The phone comes with a quad-core CPU, an HD+ display without notches, and a single camera sensor on the back. The price in Korea is set at KRW198,000, but we expect it to cost about $160 on the global market.

LG also said that the LG X2 (2019) will come under a different name in Europe (including Germany, Italy, and Poland) and North America – LG K30 (2019).

The new phone is powered by a Snapdragon 425 chipset, 2 GB RAM and 32 GB of internal storage. There is also a microSD card slot for some additional storage.

The sole camera on the back has the resolution of 13 MP, while the selfie sensor makes 5 MP photos. There is also a 3,000 mAh battery with a microUSB port, Android Pie OS and all the connectivity options like NFC, Bluetooth 5.0, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n.

The phone will be available in New Aurora Black. Oh Seung-jin, the mobile division marketing official at LG, said that this will be the ideal phone for people who “value all the necessary features of a phone”
