Motorola Moto G8 renders pop up online

Motorola G8 is a new name that started circulating around the mobile world. Lately, we heard news about the Motorola One Vision, but this is a separate phone. Popular leakster OnLeaks has published CAD renders of the upcoming Moto G8. These renders gave us an insight into the design of the new smartphone.

As opposed to the Motorola One Vision, the G8 will have one additional camera on the back. However, the One Vision is said to come with one 48MP sensor, while the G8 will have three 12MP cameras. Another difference is that the G8 is thicker by 0.4mm.

Both phones will come with a 6.2″ display. Also, both displays will come with an Infinity-O design. The front-facing camera will be placed inside the punch hole, but we still don’t know details about it. Not only the front-facing camera, but we are also unsure of other hardware specs as well.

Exactly this lack of details about the G8 leads us to believe that this is a stronger version of the One Vision which should come to the Chinese market under the P40 name. Also, the G7 lineup has just been released in January, so it’s still too early for the successor. We’ll surely hear more about this new phone in the coming weeks.
