New update for Galaxy S9 and S9+ brings support for dual VoLTE and VoWiFi
Samsung’s latest addition to the S series, the Galaxy S9 and Galaxy S9+ recently received an important software update. Normally the updates most of the time are to improve the security of the smartphone and in some special cases, a fix for a major problem or an added feature that wasn’t covered at launch.
Dual VoLTE and VoWiFi support was added in the latest update for the Galaxy S9 and S9+, It also includes device stability improvements, bug fixes, and performance improvements. The update is 425 MB big and is administered over the air in India and soon, the other countries will follow.
The software update is essential especially for the dual-SIM versions of the smartphone. For those who own one, we recommend you to look for a firmware version.
