Pocophone F1 has same camera rating as iPhone 8
Like most phones of interest, the Xiaomi Pocophone F1 got it's camera tested at the DxOmark labs. As it turns out by the results, the camera of this model is far from being bad, moreover, it got the result equivalent to the camera of the iPhone 8 model, which is two times more expensive than the first Pocophone.
The Pocophone's F1 camera's autofocus works smoothly, with fast and precise focus, while the sensor also delivers pleasing and saturated colors. The other camera on this model is not perfectly used, as it only provides a bokeh effect, without assisting the main sensor in zoom mode or at night. The phone did not show best in low-light shooting conditions, but the flash almost got a great result. The overall testing resulted in 92 points for photo mode and 90 points for video mode, and the video as photo have extraordinary autofocus, colors and details, while the quality is much weaker in night shots.
The average camera rating is 91, which means that Xiaomi Pocophone has shown better results than models such as Google Pixel 1, HTC U11, Xiaomi Mi Note 3, iPhone 7, LG G7, Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge and similar.
