Xiaomi Mi 9 coming in 8/256GB memory combination
Today Xiaomi announced that their flagship Xiaomi Mi 9 will come in an 8/256 GB memory option. It will come to the stores tomorrow at a price of around 417€. First buyers will receive a gift from Xiaomi – a 20W wireless charger that costs around 15€ if bought separately.
The new memory combination is the fourth different. Until now the Mi 9 was available in 6/64 GB, 6/128 GB, or 8/128 GB memory combos, with the first one missing from China. If you wanted 256GB of storage, you had to get the Mi 9 Explorer with a fancy design of the back panel that reveals what is on the inside of the phone.
You can buy the Xiaomi Mi 9 from all major Chinese retailers as well as directly from the company’s website. You’ll get all the latest and greatest flagship specs like Snapdragon 855 chipset, 48 MP camera with Sony IMX586 sensor and 27W fast charging. If you like wireless charging though, you’ll have to satisfy with a 20W wireless charger. It is already listed in all three pretty colors – Lavender Violet, Ocean Blue, Piano Black.
