Pocophone F1 to receive 4K 60fps video mode

The Pocophone F1 was released in August last year. When it was launched it was praised as the best budget flagship as it had amazing specs for an incredible price. It did miss certain features though, one of which was 4K 60fps video recording, however, in January the company said that they would deliver the feature soon.

Until now, the phone was capable of capturing only 4K 30fps videos, but a new beta update brings the fps up to 60. Manmohan Chandolu, General Manager of POCO India, says that a stable version of the update will shortly follow beta testing, however we still don't have exact information on when this will happen.

This new update will be just another upgrade that the phone has received through software updates since it was launched. The Pocophone F1's performance was first boosted with 960fps super slow motion video update.
