vivo 5G phone might be announced next week
Chinese company vivo has released a teaser image in which it teased its participation in the Mobile World Congress in Shanghai that starts on June 26.
The main line in the image says “Give me 5!” which might suggest a 5G phone. We still don’t know if vivo will show off a smartphone or something else though.
The whole MWC event in Shanghai (June 26-28) will focus on 5G, home automation and AI. We expect to see many Chinese manufacturers showcasing their new devices.
vivo, as a major producer, is working on a 5G phone, however, it’s expected to arrive only next year. Whether this teaser signifies a change of plans or a very long wait between announcement and release remains to be seen.
