Xiaomi Introduces Gamepad Add-on for Redmi K20 and K20 Pro
Mobile gaming has become more and more popular lately, even to the extent that hardware companies have begun making gaming accessories for the phone.
After Xiaomi unveiled its two new smartphones last month, Redmi K20 i Redmi K20 Pro, company had already promised to introduce a gaming controller for the two devices. Today, Xiaomi is in China’s largest gaming and digital entertainment show, China Joy Expo 2019, where in addition to the gamepad add-on, it is likely to introduce a gaming tablet.
The Redmi K20 and K20 Pro are very powerful devices that can easily withstand any game. So those who bought these phones primarily for games will now have an even better gaming experience.
Based on the published poster, we see that this is the same gamepad plugin that was launched along with Black Shark phone,in April 2018.
This steering wheel can be placed on the left side of the Redmi K20 or Redmi K20 Pro, making it easier to play games in a horizontal position. The controller includes a joystick, adjustable buttons, as well as buttons for LT and LB gaming, a function button that also acts as a Bluetooth indicator. It comes with a built-in 340 mAh battery and connects to a smartphone using Bluetooth 4.2.
The new gamepad is likely to go on sale on August 3rd.
