Honor 20 Pro coming to global market

Honor 20 Pro was announced in May, but we didn’t get a launch date back then. This happened due to the fact that Huawei was taken a hostage in the trade war between China and the United States. The situation put the future of the whole company in question.
The wait is now over though – Honor 20 Pro was just unveiled at an event in Moscow, Russia. The phone will come on August 2, with other markets, including the United Kingdom, France, Italy, Spain, Germany, Netherlands, Czech Republic, Finland, Poland, Malaysia, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates to “follow closely”.
The Honor 20 Pro costs 34,990 Russian rubles, which translates to just under 500€. The price will likely stay the same across other markets, even though we initially thought that it would cost 600€ for its single 8GB RAM/256GB storage version.
The phone comes powered by the 7nm Kirin 980 chipset and comes with a quadruple camera setup on the back – 48 MP + 8 MP telephoto + 16 MP ultra-wide-angle + 2 MP dedicated macro shooter. The fingerprint scanner is located on the right edge of the phone, and it doubles as a power button.
