LG to introduce their foldable phone at MWC 2019

MWC is an event where many tech companies announce many of their creations, and this year is no different. LG is also one of the companies that have something to show, and this time around it may be their first foldable phone with two individual displays which when opened form one big screen.

Edges around the upcoming LG smartphone will be very slim in order to ensure that the place where they meet don't form a big disruption which is of utmost importance for improvement of user experience. The report also states that the LG's foldable phone will be a competitor to other smartphones from the same segment of the market due to the fact they they have reportedly developed a new user interface named "Touchless input". Using a sensor on the front the phone can recognize gestures at around 20-30cm of distance which completely removes the need to touch the display to use it.

New "Touchless input" technology will make its debup in the foldable phone, and most probably it will find its place in the upcoming G and V series devices.
