OnePlus 6T will have and in-display reader!
New flagship from OnePlus will have an in-display fingerprint reader, which the company themselves confirmed by sharing a screenshot of the lockscreen of the new phone. This doesn't mean that face unlock will be missing – it's not, it's just that the users will get to choose their preferred unlocking method.
Not only that – pay attention to the image. The date says October 17. This might be a hint towards the actuar release date of the new flagship.
We know quite a lot about what this new phone will look, since it was revealed in a box leak recently. It will still, for better or for worse, have a notch, but luckily it will be of the teardrop design which is, unsurprisingly, akin to the one on the Oppo R17 Pro.
