Oppo F9 to release on August 15 first in Vietnam and the Philippines

The upcoming smartphone of Oppo is finally being unveiled 5 days from now on August 15 and will first release in the Vietnam and Philippines Market on August 24th and Pre-Orders on 25th. The Oppo F9 will feature a dual camera setup on the back and supports a VOOC Fast charging that could reach half the battery capacity in just 30 minutes.

The Oppo F9 features the first “Waterdrop” screen display and small notched design above with a camera on it along with the speaker on top. The smartphone appears to be showing off its gradient design on the back which is looking nice. The company confirmed that the smartphone would be available to obtained in Sunrise Red, Twilight Blue, and Starry Purple variants.

According to the leaked information regarding the specs of the smartphone from vietnamese website of Oppo, the F9 is powered by Helio P60 chipset paired with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage. The dual setup of camera has 16 + 2 MP while the front has 25 MP. The smartphone will cost around VND8 Million or PHP18,300 which is about $345/€300.
