Redmi Note 7 will come with Night Mode
Xiaomi's new leading mid-ranger, the Redmi Note 7, will get Xiaomi's Night Mode option "later". On the official MIUI Weibo page the exact date was not announced, but we know that the Note 7's ISOCELL GM1 sensor is well capable to support such technology. This 48 megapixel sensor has pixels that measure 0.8µm individually, but it's capable of combining 4 of them at once making 1.6µm pixels all the while reducing the resolution to 12 megapixels, which is still pretty good. This increase in pixel size allows more light to reach the sensor providing better shots in low light shooting conditions.

Only some of Xiaomi's devices already have this technology, and those are the Mi Mix 3, Mi Mix 2S and Mi 8, while the Pocophone F1 should get it in February. None of these phones have 48 megapixel camera sensors though, so we believe that the Note 7 may end up producing better night time photos than any of the flagships.
