A Xiaomi Mi A2 variant “Mi A2 Lite” to launch together on an upcoming event
An event hosted by Xiaomi was announced today which will be held in Spain on July 24. There’s a huge chance that the company will showcase their upcoming device, the Mi A2 and if the recent rumors are true, the company might be also preparing to feature their another variant of the Mi A2 called the Mi A2 Lite.
According to the reports, the Mi A2 Lite will feature a notched design with an 19:9 display which is quite taller than the standard Mi A2 which has a display size of 18:9. The Mi A2 Lite will still sport a dual camera setup and a fingerprint scanner like the regular variant but will have slight differences such as replacing the Type-C connector with a Micro-USB port and oddly enough, a 3.5mm headphone jack is present which the regular variant doesn’t have.
The Xiaomi Mi A2 will be priced at around $350 (€299) if you’re getting the stock model which have a 4GB of RAM and an internal storage of 32GB and $430 (€369) if you’re getting the 6GB RAM with an internal storage of 128GB while the Mi A2 Lite will be priced around $285 (€240).
