AirPods 2 coming at the beginning of April?

Spanish website Apple Sfera claims that, according to their sources, we're looking towards a March 29 launch date for the new generation of Apple AirPods. These wireless earbuds have at the beginning of their lifespan received quite a lot of hate due to their design, however, quite quickly they have become Apple's best selling product.

It is believed that the AirPods 2 (or whatever they end up being called) will not change much in terms of the design, however, they will receive better battery, wireless charging to the case and improved sound quality. This is so far just pure speculation, though, but it seems that it's a natural way of development.

The rumor comes from a stock warehouse in the Asia-Pacific market. It looks that the AirPods have an "Out of Stock" date of March 28. The rumored release date for the new AirPods is March 29, four days after Apple's supposed service-focused event at the Steve Jobs Theater of March 25 where they will be announced.

Nothing has been officially stated by the company yet, but there's still time since this is rumored to happen in almost a whole month's time. We're almost certain that the we won't hear any rumors from inside the company since Apple has somehow managed to keep the rumor mill quite watertight.
