Oppo announced phone with 10x optical zoom
In today's mobile tech world, in order to be different than the competitors, it's necessary to experiment with the introduction of new technologies that should, at least for a while, make you unique.
As we can see today, Oppo has announced new technology designed is such a way to enable 10x optical zoom to their smartphones. Official announcement is confirmed for January 16 bearing the name 所 为 见 which translates to "10x bigger view", and it will be held in Beijing
However, even if Oppo ends up showing prototype of such technology, there's no guarantee that it will end up on a user ready device. We say this because we know that the company has released a 5x optical zoom prototype way back in 2017, and althogh the technology was good enough it never reached a single smartphone.
It is expected that this 10x optical zoom technology will be implemented into the upcoming F series smartphones (F19 and F19 Pro) by Oppo.
