Take a look at first photos made by Xiaomi Mi 9 and its 48MP camera
In the last several years Xiaomi has grown up to be one of the biggest smartphone manufacturers, and this company is now ready to launch another flagship – the Mi 9 – for which they claim to be the best Xiaomi phone so far. Xiaomi has officially confirmed that the new device will come on February 20, the same day when Samsung is expected to hold their Unpacked event and among other things lauch the Galaxy S10 lineup.
Co-founder and director the Chinese division of Xiaomi, Chuan Wang, shared today on his Weibo account several photo samples captured with the 48MP camera of the new Mi 9. Very high number of pixels offers very detailed photo parameters which can be seen in the sample photos.

All three photos have astonishing details. In the first photo, the one with flowers, we can see that each petal captures a different amount of light, and the camera has captured this perfectly.

Second photo, the one of golden labradors, is also very good in terms of details. It has been taken outside, in broad daylight, and we can see that each individual hair on the pups has its own color and glow.

In the third photo we see a crab in an aquarium with many air bubbles, and this photo also looks great. The third photo is definitely taken with the Night Mode technology.
The Mi 9 comes with a triple main camera setup, with the main camera sensor of 48MP, secondary 12MP and a third 3D ToF sensor.
