Xiaomi Mi 8 quickly got sold out within minutes today on a sale in China. The quantity of the smartphones that were available in the sale are yet to be counted. The next wave of the sale will be on June 12 at 10:00 AM (UTC+08:00).

One of the reason why the Mi 8 probably got sold out fast was because of its tempting price of ¥2,699 (€360) and runs on a Snapdragon 845 processor right off the bat, making it currently the cheapest smartphone available in the market to be powered by it.

Other specs of the Mi 8 also features a 6.21-inch Super AMOLED, a dual 12MP f/1.8+12MP f/2.4 cameras, a 20MP selfie camera, and a plentiful internal storage starting at 64 GB and a maximum of 256 GB, and a 6GB RAM, the smartphone features a premium glass build and a metal body.
