Xiaomi Mi 9 receives stable MIUI 10 just days after launch

Xiaomi's new flagship, the Mi 9, is now receiving its first stable MIUI 10 update. This new update brings UI optimizations for phones that have a notch. Also, there are some improvements to the camera. There is also a new Moon Mode in the AI camera interface that most likely serves to take better night time photos.

In terms of video recording, the camera should be able to track focus on moving objects. Other than improved videos, we should see improved photos as well.

Xiaomi Mi 9 was only launched last week at the MWC. It is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 chipset and it has a triple camera setup on the back. On the front side it only has a 20MP front facing camera. Also, on the front there is a big 6.39" Super AMOLED display with FHD+ resolution and the aspect ratio of 18.7:9. The phone is fed with power by a 3.300 mAh battery with 27W Charge Turbo support or 20W fast wireless charging.
